About Us
We focus on the localization of advanced power semiconductors.
Linsen Semiconductor Co., It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the field of power semiconductors. We focus on the research, development, design and application of power IGBT, thyristors, MOSFETs and diode modules, and are committed to the domestic production of advanced chips.
The core strength of the company lies in its profound understanding of the physical properties of devices and the continuous innovation of cutting-edge process technologies. With over 10 years of in-depth research and development in IGBT chip technology and industrialization, the company has accumulated more than 40 related technical patents and successfully developed over 100 chips for different voltage levels and application scenarios.
By optimizing the cell design and introducing advanced technologies such as super junctions, we have significantly reduced the on-resistance and switching loss of the devices. The chip products fully adopt the trench gate + field cutoff technology, enabling our products to consistently maintain the leading position in terms of efficiency, power density and reliability in the industry.
Our semiconductor solutions have been widely applied in frequency converters, inverters, welding machines, new energy, smart grids, etc., successfully helping global customers enhance system energy efficiency and achieve product upgrades and replacements.
